  Tori is a horrible employee. Not sure who she is on the staff level, but she is a horrible excuse for an employee. She talks to people like they are trash. I am not sure who owns this company or who runs this office. I will find out and let them know. I will also be calling the BBB and the attorney general who deals with things like this.
